Department of material reception and execution of state works

MAIN PURPOSES

• Taking samples for research and issuing results of studies (records).
• Monitoring the execution of state tasks in 5 sections of state work in the field of veterinary science in the service area of the institution.

FUNCTIONS

• Taking samples for research and distributing them among Departments. Processing and presentation of research results. Issuing of test reports to the customer.
• Planning, accounting and reporting in 5 sections of state work in the field of veterinary science together with specialists of the Territorial Departments of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision and the Veterinary Departments of the subjects included in the service area of the institution.

Samples of products, feed, pathological and biological material are taken:

Monday-Thursday from 8.30 a.m. till 3 p.m.

Friday from 8.30 a.m. till 2 p.m.

Break from 12:30 a.m. till 1 p.m.

The following documents are required for testing:

• A contract. The form of the contract is located in the section Standard forms of the contracts;
• A power of attorney to take samples and obtain research results;
• An accompanying document: an application for food products and feed and an accompanying letter for pat- and biomaterial with a signature and a seal of the customer. Forms of the accompanying documents are located in the section Application;
• If necessary - the acts of selection, certificates, identity cards, commodity-transport consignment notes and other documents containing data for execution of the test report.

The collection, packaging and delivery of samples to the laboratory for research is carried out by customers.

Samples of food products are delivered to the laboratory in compliance with the conditions of delivery, temperature conditions and deadlines in accordance with regulatory documents for the delivered products. If 2 or more samples are available for identification, each unit shall be marked in accordance with an application or a sampling act.

Samples of pathological and biological material shall be hermetically sealed in a separate sealed polyethylene bag. An outside of the package shall be marked in accordance with the accompanying document. Before packing, the material must be wrapped in a canvas or bag wetted with a disinfectant solution. The bag is placed in a metal or plastic container with absorbent material to protect against damage and prevent leakage.

Incoming samples are assigned a cipher that ensures the anonymity of the samples and guarantees the objectivity of the results. The cipher is indicated in the invoice.

By the cipher number, you can get information about the readiness of the reports in the section Checking of the readiness of the examination.

Test results can be obtained by any of the following methods specified in the customer's application:

• personally;
• by mail;
• by e-mail.
