Department of Molecular Diagnostics

Main areas of activity:

• determination of GMOs in feed, feed additives and food;
• determination of animal tissues in feed, feed additives and food products;
• diagnosis of infectious diseases of animals.

In the molecular diagnostics department, studies are carried out by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with electrophoretic detection and in real time.

PCR is an effective laboratory method that allows you to quickly and accurately detect any DNA and RNA.

The department is equipped with modern high-tech equipment that meets current international safety requirements.
Research is carried out by qualified specialists who are constantly undergoing internships in training centers in Russia and EU countries.
